It depends on the product, not on being plant-based. Plant-based meat substitutes, tofu, tempeh and many plant milks are usually claimed in Nice class 029 (alongside meat and dairy). Non-dairy frozen confections, vegan baked goods, coffee- and grain-based items are usually class 030. Plant-based drinks positioned as beverages rather than milk substitutes may land in class 032.
