What we collect
Today, the main personal data we collect is your email address (and optional form fields) when you join the waitlist. The form posts to Formspree so we can invite you when seats open.
How we use it
We use waitlist emails to contact you about Wetink launch / invites and, later, subscription-related messages. When paid digests go out, we will use subscriber emails only to deliver the product and related service notices.
We do not sell lists
We do not sell, rent, or trade your email or waitlist data to third parties for their marketing. Processors we use (e.g. Formspree today; later a transactional email provider such as Resend or Postmark, and Stripe when billing is live) see data only to provide their service to us.
Public USPTO content
Digest content is built from public USPTO trademark filing data. That data is about marks and owners as published by the USPTO — not a private dossier we create about you unless you are also a subscriber.
Retention & contact
We keep waitlist emails until you ask to be removed or the list is retired. To opt out or ask a privacy question, email [email protected], use the waitlist form on the home page (subject line “privacy”), or reply to a Wetink digest. See also Terms.
