Billing & cancel

1. Open a Stripe receipt from checkout or a renewal charge (From address will be Stripe / Stripe on our behalf).
2. Use the receipt’s Manage billing / customer-portal link (wording varies). That is Stripe’s customer portal for this subscription.
3. In the portal, cancel the Wet Ink Weekly subscription (or update the card). No long-term lock-in.
4. After cancel, Monday digests stop once Stripe marks the subscription canceled (usually by the next billing period / webhook sync).

We do not publish a standalone “magic” portal URL here — Stripe issues portal links per customer from receipts / emails. If you cannot find a receipt, email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and we will point you at the right Stripe path.

Same portal path as cancel: open a Stripe receipt → Manage billing / customer portal → update payment method or billing email. Wet Ink does not store card numbers on wetink.page.

Digest emails include a List-Unsubscribe mailto to [email protected] for list-removal help. That is not the same as canceling the paid Stripe subscription. To stop charges, use the Stripe portal / receipt path above (or ask support to help you find it).

Support inbox: [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]). Same address as List-Unsubscribe / Reply-To on digest mail. Email from the address you used at checkout.

• Can’t find a Stripe receipt / portal link → ask us; we will point you at the right Stripe path (we do not invent a public portal URL).
• Want to stop charges → use Stripe cancel above; mailto alone does not cancel billing.
